Project Description: This project is two projects combined. The CPU (central pick up) project consisted of relocating deli pick up equipment from customer service back to the deli area. To relocate the equipment back to the deli area, we made changes to surrounding equipment within the deli to accommodate the relocation. The HV (high volume) project consisted of modifying an area in the back of house to accommodate new equipment that will be utilized for online orders.
