Description: DWM replaced 1,800 square footage of floor tile on a raised cafe platform. When ongoing floor tile failures began disrupting the café experience, DWM stepped in to deliver a long-term solution.
Across 1,800 square feet of elevated café space, our team removed failing materials from stairways, the ADA ramp, and all seating and service areas, leveling and priming the substrate to ensure the new installation would hold strong under constant use.
New ceramic and porcelain tile now provide a durable, refreshed surface, complemented by clean transition detailing and reinstalled perimeter wood trim. For added safety and longevity, slip-resistant stair nosing was incorporated resulting in a space that looks clean and is built to withstand daily use.
