Project Description: DWM Inc. was contracted by one of our valued education-based clients to paint the interior of the facility, install new vinyl base and perform water diversion work on the exterior of the building. The project kicked off with DWM digging around the foundation of the facility and applying asphalt-based foundation coating to the existing block foundation. Once the coating was applied, drainage pipe was installed and run to a new water retention field. We then regraded areas as needed, including the playground to ensure proper drainage of water at the perimeter of the facility.
Once the exterior work was complete, we moved to the interior work. The interior painting started with the removal of all existing vinyl baseboard, prepping and priming of all walls, doors and trim in the facility. Upon completion of the interior walls, doors and painted trim, new vinyl base, finger guards and stainless kick plates were installed throughout the facility.
