Project Details: DWM was contacted by a retail client to remove, dismantle and dispose of a large canopy structure built from wood and steel. DWM was able to right size the vendor partner in order to mobilize the team for a quick turnaround. The team pre-staged and was able to work through the night with a crane to safely remove the canopy and steel supports without incident. All of the finishing work, disassembly and disposal took place in a sectioned off space in the far parking lot over the next two days.
