Description: DWM Inc. was contracted to reconstruct an existing breakroom with Men's and Women's restrooms into larger Men's and Women's restrooms. This work started off with the removal of all existing finishes down to the studs. Once the initial demo was completed DWM cut the floors for the new sanitary plumbing layout per the plans. After the concrete was placed, we dove straight into framing and installing water and electrical feeds to the space. Once all of the rough's were complete and drywall was up, DWM installed a waterproof membrane on the floors and installed the floor and wall tile. The space was finished off with hammered stainless steel toilet partitions, floating quartz countertops with sinks and a small coffee/vending machine area to match an existing remodel DWM completed last year.
