Scope: The DWM Construction & Renovation team began bidding out this tenant improvement job in January. DWM was awarded the contract to complete this 1-1.5 week project for a national retail/education client. This is Phase 1 of 2 Phases; Phase 1 scope consists of ( trades, General & Flooring, as well as on-site project management by 2 DWM Construction & Renovation Project Managers.
General Scope:
Phase 1:
Disassemble existing wall fixtures prior to flooring demo to allow for new floor coverings to be installed up to demising walls
Relocate & stage existing floor fixtures prior to flooring demo
Demo of all associated floor coverings on 2nd floor of Bookstore
Prep sub-floor as required prior to installation of new floor
Install (2) variants of luxury vinyl plank floor covering, associated transition strips
Re-set all existing floor fixtures
Re-install dissembled wall fixtures
Dispose of all discarded work debris in dumpster
Provide a general cleanup of all work spaces prior to handing space back over to store personnel
Phase 2:
Provide necessary equipment (dollies, hand trucks, flat bed cart, etc.) and manpower to receive deliveries of wood & metal materials
Dispose of unwanted fixtures & debris in dumpster
Supply & install any necessary strapping for wall fixtures
Install provided wall fixtures in their designated locations
Relocate floor fixtures to their new designated location as per plan
Patch & prep any existing blemishes in walls
Supply & install (2) coats paint on all walls throughout
Sand and prep (2) sets of wood stairs receiving new stain
Supply & apply stain over (2) sets of stairs
Supply and install track lighting as per plan
Disconnect existing valance lighting for (2) 3' wall fixtures. Save lighting for reuse.
Re-install valance lighting once wall fixtures are relocated.
Install provided track lighting as per plan.
Supply and install (1) vestibule pendant light fixture
Dispose of all discarded work debris in dumpster
Provide a general cleanup of all work spaces prior to handing space back over to store personnel
