Congratulations to our New CFO, Heidi Neil, and our New CEO, Ryan Knapp!

DWM Comprehensive Facility Solutions today announced the promotions of two long-term employees to C-level roles: Ryan Knapp to Chief Executive Officer, and Heidi Neil to Chief Financial Officer. “These promotions reflect the exemplary contributions that Knapp and Neil have made to DWM’s strategic growth and client satisfaction,” said David Meeks, DWM’s President, and Co-Owner.

Knapp joined DWM in 2007 as the Water Filtration Specialist and Field Project Manager before ultimately being promoted to Executive Vice-President of Construction and Renovation last year. Over the past 14 years, he has overseen the growth of the Construction & Renovation Division of DWM, which has multiplied in size several times during his tenure. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Knapp will use his extensive industry and management experience to provide focused leadership both operationally and with a strategic eye to future growth.

Neil joined DWM as a part-time Customer Service Representative in 1997 shortly after the company’s inception, but soon move to full-time, becoming the DWM billing department in the early years. Taking on an accounting and human resources leadership role as the company grew, Neil later earned her Master of Business Administration and ultimately moved to the role of Executive Vice-President of Finance in 2020. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Neil will continue to focus on DWM’s strategic and profitable growth in collaboration with the CEO and DWM’s management team.
