Scope:
Receiving delivery of all new wall and floor fixtures for sales floor
Receiving delivery of work room appliances which include sinks and two full size double door freezer / refrigerators
Installation of various types of wall panel systems, cash wrap, desks and other misc. mill work
Installation of stock room fixtures
Installing new office fixtures & furniture
Installation of new cafe counter top food offering area
Installation of new work room plumbing fixtures
Installation of all new electrical services within mill work
Coordination with various vendors on trade scheduling for timely completion
Removal and transportation of existing bookstore fixtures to new bookstore location
Demolition and disposal of non re-usable existing bookstore fixtures
Professional cleaning throughout upon completion
Walk-through and hand-off to client upon completion
