Scope:

DWM was contracted to complete a full cafe remodel in Yonkers, NY. Labor included demo and installation of new cabinet doors and bases, painting, wallpaper installation, wood touch up, installation of menu boards, removal and disposal of all items as required, detailed cleaning of the café and on site DWM Project Manager.

Thef ull scope included:

• Remove both back and front line cabinets with new cabinets.
• Replace the back and front line counter top with Corian.
• Replace the current backsplashes with Corian.
• Remove the current café tile and replace with new where trenching occurs.
• Replace the menu boards and lens with new.
• Replace the sales area lighting with new LED recessed and LED track lights.
• Replace the current wallpaper.
• Add double door UCR.
• Add UCR 34”.
• Add UCF.
• Replace the pastry case with new.
• Replace the current beverage cooler with new.
• Remove the coffee display in front of the espresso machines.
• Replace the trash enclosures with new. Remove the entrance pedestals and replace the tiles underneath.
• Remove the iron perimeter railing and replace the tiles underneath.
• Repair the damaged wainscot where we remove the railing.
• Patch and paint the back-work room. Remove the painting on the wall in the backroom.
