Scope:

DWM won the bid to reconfigure and rebrand an existing space.The existing space was an old cafe ran by the college. The new space is being leased by our client as a self-service convenience store (Marketplace) for snacks, drinks as well as a student lounge area. The scope includes general interior, flooring, electrical, painting, doors, plumbing, & HVAC. Project includes on-site project management by DWM and disposal of all debris.

• Remove window glass & mullions. Prep surrounding areas for new metal studs & sheet rock North side of proposed Marketplace
• Remove all existing mill work and counter completely.
• Remove MC cable running through mill work.
• Remove all finish plumbing and cap off in-wall
• Relocate strobe light above counter
• Remove existing bar counter
• Demo opening in partition wall leading into existing break room.
• Remove existing door and door frame complete.
• Prepare surrounding areas for metal studs and sheet rock.
• Relocate strobe light to Marketplace side Remove (1) glass section along with horizontal mullions up to 7' AFF. Existing mullion at 7' to remain.
• Demo Bookstore side of "T" track for new entry door gypsum board enclosure - new glass double doors to be installed here
• Install partition walls
• Install fixtures including cash wrap, reach-in freezers, coolers, metro shelving
• Relocate existing snack gondolas, tables & chairs, and brand-specific coolers
• Prep & paint walls
• Supply & install water line for coffee machines
• Relocate diffuser
• Supply & install doors & locks throughout
