Scope:

The DWM Construction & Renovation Division Was awarded a FF&E project at an East Coast University. This was a 1 week project for a national retail/education client. Thie project consisted of (1) trade which included taking delivery of new fixtures, demo of existing flooring and existing fixtures. The scope also included installing flooring and new fixtures while having on-site project management by a DWM Construction & Renovation Project Manager.
