Scope:
The DWM Construction & Renovation Division began bidding out the renovation of our clients existing 26,000 sq ft, two-story store in March. DWM was awarded the contract to complete the 12 week project for a national retail/education client. The project consisted of (6) trades which includes General, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Flooring & Framing as well as on-site project management and labor by a DWM Construction & Renovation Field Project Manager.
General Scope:
- Demo of all associated existing wall fixtures on 1st floor, partial on 2nd floor
- Demo of all existing flooring on 1st floor, partial on 2nd floor
- Dispose of significant amount of floor fixtures throughout store
- Install new carpet tile & refinished concrete floor throughout
- Install new partition walls for layout of Cafe seating area complete with (3) stationary garage doors and corrugated metal trim
- Refresh existing Cafe - sand & polish solid surface counter tops, re-laminate mill work, install new dump sink & accessories, install new refridgeration equipment, lighting, sneeze guard
- Install new sub-panel to power new pendant and track lighting throughout 1st floor
- Install new Event Room complete with new lounge furinture, TV's, whiteboard painted wall, lighting
- Install and modify existing wall fixtures throughout store
- Install new dressing rooms for sales floor
- Refinish existing floor fixtures
- Install new patio furniture, lounge furniture for Cafe seating areas
- Paint store throughout
- Install new power, run chases for low voltage lines in new mill work throughout • Install new stock room fixtures and work stations
