Scope:

This was a 2 week project for a national retail/education client. This project consists of (3) trades which includes General, Electrical, Painting, as well as on-site project management by a DWM Construction & Renovation Project Manager.

Additional Scope Components:

• Taking deliveries of new fixtures. (6 different deliveries)
• Breakdown the current fixtures and relocate fixtures from one location to another.
• Assemple the current fixtures
• Take delivery and Install new wall fixtures and floor fixtures.
