Scope:

DWM was contracted to complete a full cafe remodel in Scottsdale, AZ. The project includes demo and FF&E work including painting, wallpaper installation, wood touch up, installation of menu boards, removal, and disposal of all items as required, and detailed cleaning of the café.

• Remove both back and frontline cabinets and replace with new.
• Remove back and frontline counter tops and replace with new Corian counter tops.
• Replace current backsplash with Corian.
• Remove the current café tiles and replace where trenching occurs.
• Replace the menu boards and lens with new.
• Replace the current lighting with new LED lights.
• Add outlets for new café equipment.
• Replace the current wallpaper with new café green stripe.
• Add double door UCR.
• Add UCF.
• Add UCR.
• Add Bake Oven.
• Add Bunn Brewer.
• Pull the Pepsi machine and all lines and replace with Ice bin.
• Replace the wallpaper in the seating area.
• Replace existing beverage cooler with new.
• All 120V outlets will be converted to GFI.
• Patch and paint the back room.
• Refinish the café railing.
• Replace the tile in the back room.
• Replace the condiment bar with new.
• Replace the trash enclosures with new.
• Add Metro shelving in the back room.
• Paint and patch all surfaces in the café.
• Tile the service area with the black and while diamond tile pattern.
