DWM was contracted to completed a full cafe refresh in David's (DWM President/Owner) hometown of Rochester, NY. Labor includes demo and installation of new cabinet doors and bases, painting, wallpaper installation, installation of menu boards, removal, and disposal of all items as required, detailed cleaning of the café, and on site DWM Project Manager.
Full Punch List:
Remove and replace the back-line cabinets with new stainless-steel cabinets.
Remove and replace the back-line counter top.
Remove and replace the front-line cabinets with stainless steel cabinets.
Remove and replace the front-line counter top.
Replace the current backsplash.
Remove and replace the old menu boards with new style.
Remove the old wallpaper and replace with new wallpaper spec.
Replace both sets of current Eliason doors with new stainless steel.
Add stain-less steel 54” wall with wallpaper on the customer facing side.
Replace and upgrade the café serving area lighting to LED.
Replace the café serving area and dining room ceiling tiles.
Add DD UCR.
Add stainless steel microwave.
Remove wallpaper and wainscoting the café seating area. New wallpaper spec will be added.
The mural throughout the café will be removed and painted as closely as possible to the ceiling tiles.
New café logo will be installed.
The columns in the café with green café stripe and wainscoting will have the current wallpaper and wainscoting removed.
The columns will be painted and wallpapered.
Replace the built-in bar with USB ports.
Replace the condiment bar with new.
Replace the trash enclosures with new.
Remove the entrance pedestals.
Remove the railing.
Add metro-shelving above the dump sink in the back-work room.
