Scope:

This is a 2 week project with a punch list walk through for the third week. This work is for a national retail/education client. This project consists of (4) trades which includes General, Electrical, Painting and flooring as well as on-site project management by a DWM Construction & Renovation Project Manager.

Scope Details:

• Taking deliveries of new fixtures and flooring
• Breakdown the current fixtures and relocate fixtures from one location to another.
• Demo and existing platform for a new merchandise area
• Assemble the new fixtures.
• Install lighting and power to the new fixtures
