Scope:

DWM Construction & Renovation Division bid a full relocation, FF&E and install of a new cafe for our client. DWM was awarded the contract to complete this 3 week project during the month of June.  We installed new fixtures, transported old fixtures from the exiting store to the new store and build a new cafe in the new book store. This was a Vanilla box project that consisted of  (2) trades. They include General, labors and on-site project management by a DWM Construction & Renovation Project Manager.

Scope Details:

• FF&E / Vanilla box
• Coordinate with the Base GC for delivery schedule, plumbing schedule, electrical schedule and BNC deadlines.
• Move fixtures from the old bookstore on campus to the new cafe/bookstore across from the campus.
• Thake delivery and Install the new fixtures in the bookstore. (Information center, online pick up, cash wrap and cafe impulse.)
• Install cabinets, countertops, backsplash and equipment for the new cafe.
• Install new outdoor seating for the cafe and the bookstore.
