DWM was contracted to complete work in a campus bookstore and marketplace on a military university campus in Charleston, SC. The project is a complete refresh to enhance the bookstore experience and add a convenience store/market to the university's campus.

The bookstore refresh scope includes:

• The installation of a new storefront
• The installation of new fixtures
• GC work
• Electrical, including power/voice/data
• Flooring
• Painting
• HVAC
• Sprinkler head relocation for install of a new wall

The market refresh scope is a 1,200 SF complete vanilla box FF&E buildout that includes:

• Installation of all fixtures and cabinetry
• GC work
• Full HVAC & Duct system installation
• Electrical, including power/voice/data
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Installation of new storefront doors
• Life safety installation, including heat detector, smoke detectors, ceiling mounted strobles, duct detectors, & occupancy sensors
• Window film installation
