Scope:

DWM was contracted to complete a full Center Island Cafe Refresh in Boise, Idaho. The 7 day project includes demo and installation of new cabinet doors and bases, painting, wallpaper installation, wood touch up, installation of menu boards, removal, disposal of all items as required, and a detailed cleaning of the café with the oversite of an on-site DWM Project Manager.

Full Scope:

• Remove and replace the back-line cabinets with new stainless-steel cabinets.
• Remove and replace the back-line countertop with Solid Surface.
• Remove and replace the front-line cabinets with new stainless-steel cabinets.
• Remove and replace the front-line countertop Solid Surface.
• Replace the current backsplash with new Solid Surface.
• Remove and replace the menu boards with new style menu boards.
• Replace the old ceiling tiles with new.
• Remove  Ice bin and replace with new.
• Upgrade the menu board lighting to LED.
• Remove the current beverage cooler and replace with new Stainless-steel.
• Remove the current pastry case with new Stainless-steel.
• Add DD UCR.
• Remove the current built in bar and replace with Solid surface.
• 6” of opaque glass will be added on top of the 54” wall.
• New electrical will be installed for built in USB outlets.
• Remove the condiment bar and replace with new.
• Replace the current trash enclosure with new.
• Refinish the railing.
• Paint and patch the back room.
• Paint and patch all surfaces in the café.
