LATHAM, NY - DWM Comprehensive Facility Solutions is pleased to announce that Shelby Miller has joined the company as Human Resources (HR) Manager. Shelby brings with her almost 5 years of progressive HR experience, most recently serving as an Associate Human Resources Generalist. During her tenure there, Shelby partnered with leadership to proactively identify and address challenges, investigate and manage conflict, acquire and develop talent, and implement corporate polices for increased efficiency/equity, and deliver training, all while staying in compliance with several regulatory agencies.

In her role as HR Manager, Shelby will lead talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance to ensure functional needs are being met to improve employee relations and tenure.

Shelby earned her MS in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. She is a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
