DWM Facilities Maintenance Continues to Pursue Client Support Enhancement Initiative

Sarah Barone Promoted to Assistant Team Lead

LATHAM, NY -DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the promotion of of Sarah Barone to Assistant Team Lead. This promotion represents added support for one of DWM Facilities Maintenance's largest retail clients.

Barone joined DWM in 2014 as a Customer Service Coordinator. She has continued to prove herself as a valuable asset to the DWM team through her strong attention to detail and client-centric mindset. Sarah's dedication has helped improve call resolution times.

In her new position, Barone will be responsible for addressing escalated needs for the retail client. Barone will work closely alongside the client team to ensure all work orders are completed in the most efficient way possible.
