LATHAM, NY - DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the official launch of Hera Crete 5.4.2, a proprietary platform designed to create efficiencies through system intelligence and unrivaled client customization.
Version 5.4.2 focused primarily on enhancements to predictive analysis to streamline the process flow for submitting proposals as well as processing invoices.
Other enhancements in version 5.4.2 include:

“Hera was originally launched in 2004 as a way for DWM to streamline the workflow, create efficiencies, and become an industry-leader in technology,” said Brian Whitt, COO of DWM. “This is the fourth major software release for DWM this year, and the first major overhaul to our accounting system since 2008. Our team is continuously working to add system smarts to support efficiency and long-term cost-saving initiatives for our clients.”
The launch of Hera Crete 5.4.2 was the 4th of a 5-part launch that will give this new added functionality to each department at DWM. The final sub-launch of Hera Crete is expected to be completed by December 2016.
