DWM Facilities Maintenance Promotes Samantha Sommerman to Team Lead

Sommerman responsible for overall client satisfaction and service team leadership for one of DWM’s national portfolio clients.

DWM is proud to announce the promotion of Samantha Sommerman to Team Lead for one of the company’s national accounts. As team lead, Sommerman will be responsible for overall client satisfaction, service team leadership, and strategy execution for the account.

“Client outcomes are the heart of our business and we do everything we can to ensure we are meeting our client’s corporate goals,” said Brian Whitt, Chief Operating Officer. “Sam has embodied this mindset since she joined our team. Since then, Sam has continued to learn and develop new techniques that promote successful outcomes for her account.”

During her time as a customer service coordinator, Sommerman worked tirelessly to forge relationships with technicians to ensure they understood job details and overall service goals.

“Sommerman’s will to succeed coupled with her industry knowledge made her the ideal fit for the team lead position,” said Dean Hatch, DWM Customer Service Director. We are confident her dedication to great service outcomes and process improvements will provide great long-term benefit to DWM and our clients.”
