DWM announces today the official launch of their Water Filtration Division as well as the promotion of Tracy Knapp to Manager of the new division. DWM has been providing water filtration services to clients since 2007. In an effort to provide more efficient troubleshooting and inventory control, DWM revamped their corporate alignment by forming a Water Filtration Division.
“Client outcomes are the heart of our business and we do everything we can to ensure we are meeting our client’s corporate goals,” said Brian Whitt, Chief Operating Officer. “Back in 2007, we had a client with a need for a dedicated water filtration service provider and we stepped up to the plate. Since then, we have continued to grow and adapt our service to provide a unique cost-savings service for our clients. In an effort to provide more streamlined and dedicated support for our water filtration clients, DWM made the move to revamp our corporate structure and officially launch our water filtration services as the DWM Water Filtration Division.”

Tracy Knapp will lead the DWM Water Filtration Division as Manager. Knapp, who joined DWM in 2007, previously served as inventory manager for the water filtration department. In her new role, she will be responsible for streamlined inventory control for fabrication and repairs, information management, and the organization of in-house and on-site services to maximize client value.
