DWM has always been an industry leader in technology, being the first company to bridge its CAFM with 3rd party partners such as OfficeTrax and ServiceChannel. This new system launch propels the company further ahead with over 60 new features that focus on the company’s core goals of creating efficiencies through system smarts and unrivaled client customization.

Our team kept the goals of the original launch at the forefront of Hera Crete’s development, adding one key aspect: each new feature and function would support the long-term goal of creating efficiencies through system smarts. The end goal of our CAFM is to give our service coordinators more time troubleshoot and solve problems, saving our clients time, money and resources.”
The launch of Hera Crete was a full-on team effort in which the company launched multiple cross-functional teams to ensure the new system met their needs/the needs of their clients, was user friendly, and supported a team environment. The year of planning and development resulted in 24,000 lines of new code that translated into 60 new features, 40% of which were employee driven. The end result is a system that allows service coordinators to issue calls 45% faster, with higher first-time fix rates and the guarantee of being.

The launch of Hera Crete was the first in a 5 part launch that will give this new added functionality to each department at DWM. The final sub-launch of Hera Crete is expected to be completed by December 2016.
