DWM is proud to announce retail industry veteran Kathy Boedecker; has joined the company as a Customer Service Team Lead. As team lead, Boedecker will be responsible for overall client satisfaction and service team leadership for one of DWM’s national portfolio clients.
She joins DWM after a nearly 30 year career in retail management for national brands such as Michael’s Stores, DEB Shops, and Priceless Kids.
“In addition to being the ‘daily brand ambassador’ for DWM, team leads offer expert-level, client-focused operational and administrative support as it pertains to their accounts,” said Dean Hatch, Customer Service Director. Mrs. Boedecker’s successes in retail management, training, and exceeding company goals are a perfect fit for DWM and our clients.”
During her retail tenure, Boedecker’s leadership resulted in a 19% reduction in employee turnover; strategic leadership of budgeting and cost control, and successful management of numerous operational contracts.

Boedecker received a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Bauder College in Atlanta, Georgia. She will be based out of DWM’s Corporate Headquarters in Latham, NY.
