LATHAM, NY- DWM Comprehensive Facility Solutions today announced the promotion of Samantha Sommerman to Facility Solutions Manager to further support the company’s new organizational structure. This promotion further supports DWM's long-term strategy to improve the customer experience and accelerate growth.
As Facility Solutions Manager, Sommerman will use her industry experience to provide technical solutions leadership and management for the delivery and implementation of facility management processes. Facility Solutions Manager acts as a mentor to Team Leads and Facility Solutions Coordinators by encouraging collaboration, coaching toward DWM standards, and promoting the DWM culture.
"Samantha's ability to create and implement best practices coupled with her leadership and communication skills make her an asset to DWM and its clients," said Katie Whitt, Executive Vice President, Operations. "Samantha’s experience in multiple operations leadership positions at DWM make her a great fit for this role."
Samantha joined DWM in 2014 as a Customer Service Coordinator and has since moved up, assuming multiple roles of progressive responsibility for the company, including her most recent role as Service Manager.
