DWM is proud to announce the promotion of Curt Cooper to Senior Project Manager and Erica Carpinello to Projects Team Lead. The duo will work in tandem to lead the department’s processes to ensure on-time, on-budget projects completions for DWM’s national accounts.
Cooper joined DWM in 2000 and quickly proved himself as an extremely detail-oriented, customer-focused employee. Cooper’s efforts and dedication to his clients led him to supervisory and training positions within the projects department over the years. With the official launch of the DWM Construction & Renovation Division earlier this year, it became clear that Cooper’s knowledge and proven results would be the ideal fit for the new Senior Project Manager role. In his new role, Cooper will oversee all aspects of construction and renovation projects, mentor new project managers, and assist in creating benchmarks to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of client objectives.
“Client satisfaction is the heart of our business and Cooper truly embraces this praxis. His diligence and effectiveness in solving complex problems has resulted in significant cost-savings for many DWM clients,” said Paul Meeks, Executive Vice President of Projects, DWM Construction & Renovation.
Carpinello joined DWM in 2014 and later that year, was named Projects Production Manager as a result of her innate ability to organize and implement project deadlines. With great success in that role, Carpinello has been named Projects Team Lead for the DWM Construction & Renovation Division. In her new role, Carpinello will strategically assign bid requests and approvals to ensure efficient project completions, develop and maintain production schedules, and ensure all key performance indicators are met by project managers.
“As DWM continues to increase support for all clients, we recognized the positive impact of an added layer of support for project management on meeting client schedules and objectives,” said Brian Whitt, COO of DWM Facilities Maintenance. “Carpinello’s organizational management skills coupled with her success in scheduling projects with firm deadlines made her the ideal candidate for the Projects Team Lead position.”
