LATHAM, NY -DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the promotion of Kyle MacDuff to Team Lead, HVAC Program Manager. The expansion of DWM's HVAC services led to the creation of this role within DWM's Facilities Maintenance division.
MacDuff joined DWM in 2013 as a Customer Service Coordinator. He quickly proved himself as an invaluable asset to the DWM team, formalizing DWM's HVAC preventive maintenance programs.
In 2014, MacDuff earned his certificate in Heating Systems & Repair from Hudson Valley Community College's Workforce Development Institute, through DWM-U, DWM's virtual campus for leadership, learning, and advancement.
In his new role, Kyle is responsible for complete preventive maintenance program design and implementation, safe and efficient delivery of all HVAC services, as well as the on-boarding of new HVAC clients.
