DWM Facilities Maintenance Expands Client Support

Two Promoted in Client Support Enhancement Initiative

LATHAM, NY -  DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the promotion of Kathy Boedecker to Service Manager and James Powell to Team Lead. As a result of these promotions, DWM’s largest retail account will gain the support of a Service Manager to oversee and manage Facilities Maintenance, Construction & Renovation, & Water Filtration services across the country.

Boedecker, a 30 year retail veteran, joined DWM in 2015 as a Team Lead and quickly proved herself as a influential leader dedicated to long-term success for on DWM’s largest retail account. In an effort to provide all-encompassing support, DWM added the Service Manager position. Boedecker was the top choice for this new position as it will allow her to utilize her skillset to provide the benefit our clients. In her new role, she will be responsible for comprehensive solutions implementation and overall portfolio management across DWM’s three divisions  for the company's largest retail account.

Since joining the team in 2015 as a Customer Service Coordinator, Powell has brought a high level of support and management skills that have resulted in industry-leading call to completion times and high first time fix rates. As a result, Powell was the natural choice to succeed Boedecker as the Team Lead. As team lead, Powell will take his skills and work ethic to the next level to create and implement new solutions, while ensuring overall cost-containment and efficient time to completions for Facilities Maintenance Services for the company’s largest retail client.
