LATHAM, NY - DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the promotion of Caitlin McCarthy to HR Supervisor. McCarthy previously served as the company’s HR Specialist. In her new role, McCarthy will expand on her responsibilities of talent acquisition and employee development while continuing the development of employee retention strategies through the direct management of DWM team members.
