LATHAM, NY - DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the promotion of Caitlin McCarthy to HR Specialist. McCarthy previously served as the company’s Recruiter. In her new role, McCarthy will expand on her responsibilities in terms of internal talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
