LATHAM, NY -DWM Facilities Maintenance announced today the promotion of Amber Savio to Team Lead of one of DWM's retail support teams. Savio previously served as a Customer Service Coordinator.
Savio joined DWM in 2016 as a Customer Service Coordinator with years of industry experience, previously working on the retail side for one of the country's largest home improvement stores. She quickly put her experience in action, proving herself as a key player on the company's new accounts team.
In her new role, Savio will be responsible for the daily management of all service calls to ensure timely and efficient work order completion for some of DWM's top retail clients.

Savio earned her Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College.
