DWM Facilities Celebrates Grand Opening

David Meeks Cuts Ribbon at Orlando Office

On Wednesday, March 8, 2017, DWM Facilities Maintenance celebrated the grand opening of their new Orlando office with a formal ribbon cutting ceremony.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the Orlando community,” said Brian Whitt, Chief Operating Officer at DWM. “DWM has felt extremely welcomed and supported by the Orlando business community throughout the process of opening operations. Yesterday’s ribbon cutting ceremony was the culmination of over a year of efforts by the DWM team and many Orlando-based organizations.”

Representatives from Orlando Economic Partnership and CareerSource and DWM’s Orlando-based technician partners joined DWM employees for the event.

David Meeks, Owner and President of DWM was joined by his brother Paul Meeks, Executive Vice President of Projects, as he cut the ribbon that three of his grandchildren held to signify the next chapter in DWM’s legacy.

“We are so excited to begin this new chapter in Orlando,” said David Meeks, founder and President of DWM. “Orlando’s growth and history of heightened customer experiences marries well with our growth plans and our culture of problem-solving. There is no better way for DWM to celebrate our 20 year anniversary than to open this office in Orlando.”
