DWM Expands Client Support, Announces Promotions

Samantha Sommerman Promoted to Service Manager, Bonnie Eissmann Promoted to Employee Development Lead

LATHAM, NY - DWM announced today service enhancements to better support clients. These updates include the creation of a new Service Manager position as well as the promotion to an existing role. These moves reinforce DWM's commitment to employee and client development.

Samantha Sommerman, a five-year veteran to DWM, will be assuming the role of Service Manager, giving additional support to one of DWM's largest, longest-standing accounts.

"DWM is confident in Samantha's ability to successfully maintain a strategic partnership between DWM and our client while also providing leadership and communication to all divisions of the client portfolio," said Katie Whitt, VP of Strategic Accounts. "Samantha’s experience at DWM as a Team Lead and more recently as Employee Development Lead make her a great fit for this role."

Samantha previously held the role of Employee Development Lead, which will now be held by Bonnie Eissmann. Bonnie joined DWM in 2015 as a Customer Service Coordinator.

"DWM is confident in Bonnie's ability to create and implement development programs for both new and existing employees," said Caitlin McCarthy, Human Resources Manager.  "Bonnie's experiences at DWM and developing/coordinating curricula as an English teacher will result in long-term success for the DWM-U employee development program."

Bonnie earned her Master's in Education from University At Albany, State University of New York.

We are excited to enhance this partnership by adding additional account management resources,” said Whitt “The creation of this new support role resulted in the opportunity for another well-respected DWM employee to step in and use her experience to refine the DWM-U program.
