DWM Comprehensive Facility Solutions Launches Elevate Program

Employee Development Program Designed to Elevate Employee Roles & Strengthen Client Partnership

LATHAM, NY - DWM Comprehensive Facility Solutions launched the "Elevate" employee development program late last week. The program is an indication of the company's forward-thinking culture, using a time of uncertainty as a time of building future success.

"With much of the economy at a virtual standstill, many of our clients were forced to temporarily close their doors and reposition themeslves for the so-called new normal," said Caitlin McCarthy, HR Manager. "Our leadership team used this as a time to strengthen our foundation through the launch of the Elevate Program.

The DWM leadership team reviewed all processes and positions to determine where enhancements could be made to make the biggest impact. The group agreed that redesigning the Team Lead and Account Manager roles to create more clarity in job duties would not only improve employee satisfaction, but build on the levels of partnership DWM has become known for in the industry.

"We're extremely excited to launch this program and build upon the successes and skills of our talented team," said Bennett Van Wert, Director, Sales & Development. "The focus of this program is to further develop the skills and mindset necessary for providing exceptional client experiences for long-term client satisfaction."
