ORLANDO, FL - DWM is excited to announce the promotion of Joe Mercado to Director, Facilities Maintenance. Mercado previously serviced as Operations Manager. This move signifies the formalization of “elevate,” DWM’s employee-focused initiative designed to provide elevated levels of performance and responsibility through additional investments in training and employee development.
In his new role, Mercado will provide a more consistent and equitable process across the Facilities Maintenance Division while allowing DWM's strategic Account Management team to focus more on external success versus the internal management of resources.

"Promoting Joe into this role allows DWM to provide more best in class solutions for our existing clients, which will facilitate organic growth of our existing accounts."
Mercado will streamline processes and bring divisions together across offices by working directly with Team Leads and Strategic Account Managers to identify and support training opportunities that will create a more structured employee development program within DWM.

Mercado served as an operations executive in multiple roles for over two decades prior to joining DWM. Mercado earned an Accounting and Business Management degree from Berkley College and furthered his education earning a certificate in Contract Law from HarvardX (Harvard College Online Program).
