LATHAM, NY - DWM Construction & Renovation announced today the promotion of Andrew Carnes to Field Project Manager & On-site Trainer. Carnes previously serviced as Project Manager.
Carnes joined DWM in 2017 with 11 years of construction project management experience. As a Project Manager, Carnes was responsible for the overseeing and completing projects on time and to customers' satisfaction.
His attention to detail, strong communication skills, diverse experience, and process-oriented mindset made him the natural choice to fulfill the newly-created role of Project Manager & On-site Trainer for DWM's fast-growing division.

In Carnes's new role, he will play a larger part in the continued growth and scalability of DWM Construction & Renovation. He will assist in the development of on-site best practices and implementation of streamlined workflows and processes applicable across diverse client markets.
Carnes earned his Associates in Applied Science, Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY. He is also a PMP-certified project manager.
