LATHAM, NY - DWM Comprehensive Facility Solutions announced today the promotion of Ryan Knapp to Vice President, Construction & Renovation. Knapp served as the division's Director for 6 years prior to his promotion.
In his new role, Knapp will be responsible for continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and create scalable growth for DWM Construction & Renovation.
Knapp joined DWM in 2007 as Water Filtration Program Manager. With a background in construction, Knapp naturally transitioned his experience into project management. Knapp worked in a dual role as Water Filtration Program Manager and Project Manager, helping to grow the fledgling Construction & Renovation Division for nearly 4 years. In 2013, Knapp was promoted to Director, Construction & Renovation.
When Knapp began overseeing Construction & Renovation at DWM, it was a small department within the organization. Through his committment to clients, growth, and best practices, the department has developed into a separate division known as DWM Construction & Renovation. Today, the division is a national powerhouse for CR, FF&E, and refreshes, specializing in jobs 3 days to 6 weeks for clients across the country. The division has seen double-digit growth each years for the past 4 years.

Knapp enhanced his construction knowledge through Hudson Valley Community College's Construction Management program in Troy, NY. He is also OSHA 30 certified.
