Our Construction & Renovation Department is looking for individuals interested in participating in construction management trades for some of the nation’s biggest brands. The ideal candidates would possess a minimum of 3 years of trade (or trade management) experience in trade areas such as interior construction, remodeling, millwork or other trade.
As a Traveling Project Manager you will interface with clients, design teams, and interior construction service crews to coordinate commercial rollouts, retrofits, and remodeling projects throughout the United States and Canada. Your responsibilities will include estimating costs, monitoring aligned budget categories, working with design teams, maintaining scheduling, and ensuring a seamless process of projects from start to finish. This position requires you to be hands-on, working directly in each project, and directly managing all local trade subcontractors tasked for various sub-projects. Travel is up to 75% of the time.
