Katie has been with DWM since its inception in 1997. Working part-time through high school and college, she joined the company full-time in 2001 as a customer service coordinator. With a proactive approach to client service, it soon became apparent that she would be a natural fit for sales. She has since made a name for herself throughout the facilities maintenance industry, with a reputation for developing close personal relationships with her clients and making sure the job always gets done right.

Katie graduated from Harding University in 2001. She is a member of PRSM and was co-chair of PRSM Ethics Committee from 2008–2010. On top of her sales responsibilities with DWM, Katie also owns and operates a residential cleaning company.
