Jack began his career on the other side of the industry, working for retailers such as Aéropostale, Banana Republic and Hallmark. This background has helped Jack "think like the customer," which has proven invaluable as he oversees the Customer Service department.

Starting as a customer service coordinator on the Barnes & Noble account, Jack quickly moved to team lead. His uncanny ability to anticipate client needs, coupled with his calm personable style, quickly propelled Jack to his current position as service director for all accounts.

Jack received a BA in English Literature from Northeastern University and is currently working on his MBA at State University of New York at Albany.
