Heidi joined DWM in 1997 as a dispatcher of service calls. As the company grew and changed, so did Heidi's role. Eventually, she helped create DWM's Accounting department and now reigns over it (benevolently). But Heidi isn't just good with numbers, she's also great with people and serves as both the Human Resources coordinator and office manager for DWM.

Heidi has an MBA and a BA in Political Science from the University of Albany. In her spare time, she is a consultant with WellVersed Gifts and serves as secretary for Camp Hunt, Inc.
