Biography: Born and raised in Guilderland, NY, Heidi Neil began working part-time for DWM, Inc. in the summer of 1997 during her senior year of college, when DWM was just getting started. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University at Albany with a Bachelors degree in Political Science, Heidi was given a full-time position at DWM. In 2005, Heidi received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University at Albany. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Golden Key National Honor Societies.

Heidi’s role at DWM has expanded as the company has grown. Her responsibilities now include supervising the Accounting Department, dealing with Human Resource issues and financial planning.
