Biography: Paul was born in St Petersburg, FL and grew up Rochester, NY. He attended high school and college in Brockport, NY before going to work for Hess Oil Company where he worked for 12+ years. Paul left Rochester in 1997 to move to Albany, NY to work with his brother, David Meeks, on creating a new company, DWM Inc.

Paul takes great pride in work that has been accomplished since his decision to join David, "Over the last 10 years, I have been proud to be a part of making DWM a strong company that meets the needs of the retail industry. Paul is married to LuAnn Meeks, and has two children, Kellie(16), and Jordan (15). He enjoys being a private pilot, golf, basketball, baseball , and coaching youth sports.
