Biography: Katie Whitt began working for DWM, Inc. Christmas Break of her freshman year of college at Harding University. She worked part-time for the company throughout college. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in International Business and a BA in French, she was hired full-time at DWM in 2000.

Although her position changed from Customer Service Coordinator to National Sales Director in 2001, the core of the job remains the same - get the job done right and fast
